Not really. I was doing it in towns 1 by 1 when I found post from a gm or dev in forum. If you read the sign when you enter a town it tells you the bonus. Copying from that post saved me a lot of travel.

Now all the buffs are gone, with last server changes. No more Faction buffs. Even towns lost their sign posts near entry. At least in Josody, where I checked

I was looking for the Wizard, in town that used to give buffs for factions. To get one of the buffs posted in the beginning of this thread you have to talk to the Town Wizard. So far it seems the buffs are the same as before, though you cant stack them anymore. I think you keep the buff until you talk to a diferent wizard( or changes in faction happens). Some ppl say you loose the buff if you die. Maybe, I have to check that yet.

So, that list can still be useful to find the right buff. You only have to know wich town is from same faction. Ppl (including me) were looking for some Wizards, like Josody, Grell or Darkfell. OE said he "forgot" them and he is going to fix that with next server reset. Until then , no stamina buffs.

Soul, mind, body, nature, cut, blunt, pierce are all a bonus to resistance, not to skill. Buff 1 lasts 2 hours, 2nd buff lasts 1 hour.
